Melissa Kidd is the State Director for California, Indiana and Wisconsin.

She has participated in the entertainment industry her entire life.  She is a former All American Disney World Dancer, clarinetist with the Ohio State Fair Band and a classically trained pianist.

Melissa is an actor and member of the Screen Actors Guild.  She has been a host for the regional SAG Awards party and has been featured in national commercials for Nike, Safe Auto just to name a few.

Ms. Kidd has also worked as a professional model, having booked a national United Way billboard,   numerous print ads and educational videos (i.e. McGraw Hill and Greyhound), various auto shows (i.e. Lincoln, Honda and Toyota) and dozens of promotional campaigns (i.e. Pantene and Chanel).

As far back as she can remember, Melissa has been an avid public speaker, having parlayed her youthful experiences growing up in Ohio into becoming the moderator for numerous panel discussions and functioning as the Master of Ceremony for myriad shows and pageants.

In all, Melissa is an advocate for community service and volunteer work.  It is her heart of service that first inspired Melissa to give back to young people through her work with Sunburst Beauty Pageant.
